  5. It is an excellent source of vitamin A and C. It is also a good source of calcium and iron.
  6. It is a very versatile vegetable. Some popular ways to eat it include raw or cooked in stir-fries, soups and salads.
  7. It grows best during the cool seasons so it’s ideal to plant during autumn and spring.
